Nature of Service
The After Hours Collective provides a wellness membership platform featuring Alex, an AI intimacy coach. Alex is an artificial intelligence system, not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Alex can make mistakes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. Use your own judgment when applying any guidance received.

Membership
Memberships are offered on a monthly, annual, or one-time Founding Member Lifetime basis. Membership grants access to full conversations with Alex and other member benefits as described on our Plans & Pricing page. Founding Member Lifetime Passes are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.

Cancellation
Monthly and annual memberships may be canceled at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding Member Lifetime Passes are one-time purchases and are not subject to recurring cancellation, as no further charges occur.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this platform to harass others, attempt to circumvent membership restrictions, share your account access with non-members, or use the Alex AI system to generate content involving minors or non-consensual scenarios.
