Monthly Memberships
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.

Annual Memberships
Annual memberships may be canceled at any time. Refunds for unused months are not provided; access continues through the end of the paid annual term.

Founding Member Lifetime Pass
The Lifetime Pass is a one-time, non-recurring purchase and is final sale. Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to "cancel" — access is granted permanently upon purchase. Refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Technical Issues
